We bought 3 toilets there and all of them have cracked on the cistern, to such an extent that they now leak. When we rang up we found they no-longer supplied the toilets, and we know why. There is also a hairline crack on one toilet itself. The sink, shower tray and bath were fine, they did need to exchange the bath and argued about how it had become damaged. I wonder whether they had a "job lot" of those toilets to get rid of? Grrrr!
